wonderful panoramic suite experience
fine viewfriendly staffbreakfast selection
i was upgraded to a panoramic suite. this offered a fine view and much more space. the staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting promptly with all requests.
the breakfast selection could use more variety, with better rotation of items. i stayed for a week and more options would have enhanced the experience.

the location is unbeatable. it is a short walk to the metro station. dubai mall and burj khalifa are only one stop away, and the museum of the future is equally close.

the location was quite alright for what i needed.
the room service situation was a mess. nobody bothered to check the door tag, SO the room didn't get serviced. the reception acted like it was MY responsibility to inform them of their schedules.
