mixed feelings about this stay
unpleasant odor soiled cushions
the location is convenient close to the metro station making it easy to get around
this stay was disappointing the hallway had a noticeable unpleasant odor likely from old dirty carpets i found this off-putting the chairs in the room also looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while with soiled cushions the kitchen lacked essential utensils making it difficult to cook even simple meals

Awesome stay with unexpected perks!
great variety friendly staff
The hotel location is amazing. It is near a metro station. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had great variety! The room was very clean, and the amenities were very modern.
The hotel asked for a deposit upon arrival. Employees also rang the room doorbell a lot. One afternoon, when I was taking a nap, an employee opened the door. I don't know what she planned to do there.

The rooftop pool offers a great spot to unwind. It features ample loungers and shaded areas. The fitness center has treadmills and stationary bikes, so it is great for exercising. The metro station is nearby.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The concierge team was amazing. They helped pack all the bags neatly in the bus. I appreciate the quick service. It was very helpful.

separate living area perfect refrigerator rainfall shower
I saw the room includes a separate living area. The refrigerator worked perfectly. The rainfall shower in the bathroom was great.

wonderful panoramic suite experience
fine view friendly staff
i was upgraded to a panoramic suite. this offered a fine view and much more space. the staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting promptly with all requests.
the breakfast selection could use more variety, with better rotation of items. i stayed for a week and more options would have enhanced the experience.

the location is unbeatable. it is a short walk to the metro station. dubai mall and burj khalifa are only one stop away, and the museum of the future is equally close.

adequate stay, some concerns
missed service rude reception
the location was quite alright for what i needed.
the room service situation was a mess. nobody bothered to check the door tag, SO the room didn't get serviced. the reception acted like it was MY responsibility to inform them of their schedules.

the location was acceptable, it was near shops and restaurants.
I was disappointed by the lifts. I waited almost ten minutes. it wasn't practical to wait that long each time i needed one. It became quite frustrating.

The metro station is very close. Shops and restaurants are near. I got a room with a Burj Khalifa view. The pool on the terrace was quite nice.
